How about 2 to 3 hours for one day a week for a year.  We could help you target what is important to you and your staff.  Target those things you want your teams to know in facilitated teambuilding workshops and business improvement sessions.  You could get Continuing education credit AND we could make POD cast out of the whole thing for everyone to review.
